Shawn Walker is President/Partner of JPM Advanced Manufacturing. He has over 30 years of experience in precision machining, welding, and all related operations. Shawn received his first machining exposure while in high school and hasn’t looked back. He started as a machinist for JPM in 2007 and has held several titles over his many years with the company. In January of 2022 Shawn purchased half of JPM to become a full partner in the business.
Shawn is also a proud veteran that served 8 years in the United States Air Force. While serving at Mountain Home AFB, he was honored with the Best Maintenance Technician award. He also served in many deployments, supporting Operation Northern Watch, Operation Southern Watch, and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

RESUME
Dave Jeffrey is the founder and co-owner of JPM Advanced Manufacturing in full partnership with Shawn Walker. Mr, Jeffrey has close to 40 years of manufacturing experience including work on complex project such as the Hubble Space Telescope, International Space Station, various U.S. defense systems, architectural prototypes to internal medical components. Since founding JPM in 1999, Mr. Jeffrey has actively participated in professional organizations such as CAMA (Colorado Advanced Manufacturing Association) and programs supporting STEM education and the growth of manufacturing throughout Colorado.
