We have extensive experience machining medical‑grade materials including 316, 304, and 17‑4 Stainless Steels, and high‑performance polymers like PEEK, Ultem, and Delrin, all sourced from certified suppliers.
How do you ensure component cleanliness?
Our entire facility is clean and climate‑controlled. We employ meticulous handling, cleaning, deburring, and packaging processes to ensure every component is free of unwanted particles before it leaves our shop.
