From a Basement to a Manufacturing Powerhouse
Our 25-year evolution from a prototype shop to a high-volume manufacturing leader.
JPM began over 25 years ago in a basement, driven by a passion for making things well. That passion fueled our growth into a modern, advanced manufacturing facility. The pivotal moment came when we built on our one‑off prototype expertise to support high‑volume production, leading to our rebrand as JPM Advanced Manufacturing. This drove us to invest in world-class CNC machinery, robust quality assurance systems, and automated, “lights-out” manufacturing processes that allow us to produce hundreds of thousands of parts with unmatched precision and efficiency.
Meet the Experts Behind the Machines
Our team is our greatest asset. We are a collective of highly skilled experts, programmers, and machinists who are passionate about advanced manufacturing. We thrive on collaboration, solving complex challenges together to achieve success for our customers. While our work is precise and serious, our culture is built on strong relationships and a “work hard, play hard” attitude. When we’re not discussing the finer points of a high-tolerance build, you might find us talking about our other favorite machines—our bikes.
Our Management Team
At JPM, our management team is intentionally structured to stay closely connected to both our customers and our work on the floor. We believe in being engaged without being top-heavy, striking a balance that allows our managers to remain hands-on, responsive, and fully invested in every project. From initial communication through final delivery, clear collaboration and accountability are at the core of what we do.
Shop Manager
Our Shop Manager oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations on the floor, from managing shifts and workflow to verifying programs and ensuring every detail is executed correctly. He works closely with both the Quality Manager and Operations Manager to keep production, quality, and communication aligned throughout each project. With a hands-on approach, he works directly with the team to make sure your parts are produced exactly to specification. Known for his approachable and friendly demeanor, he takes pride in making every project matter—ensuring quality, consistency, and care go into every part that leaves our shop.
Operations Manager
Our Operations Manager works closely with the team to keep day-to-day operations aligned and running smoothly. She oversees the Front Office, QA, and Shipping/Receiving teams, managing daily operations and ensuring your parts are delivered on time and as expected. With strong attention to detail, she stays on top of projects and helps address issues as they come up. While much of her role is behind the scenes, her oversight plays an important part in keeping everything organized and moving forward, making sure nothing gets missed along the way.
Quality Manager
Our Quality Manager works closely with the QA team, Shop, and Front Office to help ensure every part meets customer specifications before it leaves JPM—whether it’s a new project or ongoing production moving through in-process checks, outside processing, or final inspection. In addition to overseeing JPM’s 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS), he leads a team of inspectors who work alongside shop personnel to verify parts, provide feedback, and ensure all specifications are met. With a focus on consistency, accuracy, and process, he helps make sure your parts are inspected, backed by data, and ready to go. His dedication to quality helps ensure every part meets the standards our customers expect.
