Our entire facility is clean and climate‑controlled. We employ meticulous handling, cleaning, deburring, and packaging processes to ensure every component is free of unwanted particles before it leaves our shop.

Our precision machines and processes allow us to achieve very fine surface finishes (RA – Roughness Average) suitable for vacuum-sealed applications and other sensitive equipment.

We have deep expertise in machining materials commonly used in semiconductor equipment, including various grades of aluminum, stainless steel, and high-performance polymers like Delrin, UHMW, and PEEK.
