Precision CNC Turning & Swiss Machining

Creating complex cylindrical components with unmatched speed and “done-in-one” efficiency.

Our advanced CNC turning capabilities are engineered to produce intricate cylindrical parts with exceptional precision and surface finish. From sophisticated CNC lathes with live tooling to high-speed Swiss-style machines, we have the technology to manufacture your most complex shafts, fittings, connectors, and medical components. By performing multiple milling, drilling, and turning operations in a single cycle, we streamline the manufacturing process, enhance accuracy, and deliver superior parts at a competitive value for high-volume production.

Ideal for Intricate, High-Volume Parts

Swiss machining is the definitive solution for small, complex, and slender components.

CNC turning is essential for any part with a cylindrical profile, but Swiss-style machining excels where extreme precision on a small scale is required. By supporting the workpiece right at the cutting tool, Swiss machines eliminate deflection, allowing us to create tiny, complex medical screws, electronic connectors, and other mission-critical parts with incredible accuracy. This enables continuous, unattended operation, making it a key component of our ‘lights‑out’ manufacturing capability.

Mill-Turn Centers and Automated Lathes

Our technology combines multiple operations into one seamless, automated process.

Our investment in technology goes beyond standard lathes. Our CNC turning centers are equipped with sub-spindles, live tooling, and automated bar feeders. This powerful combination allows us to machine both the front and back of a part, create off-center features, and run production continuously without an operator loading each piece of material. This “done-in-one” philosophy, powered by automation, is how we deliver complex parts faster, more accurately, and with greater cost-efficiency for our partners.

Engineered for Absolute Certainty

From advanced inspection to full traceability, we deliver proven, reliable components.

For us, quality is not a final step—it is the foundation of our entire manufacturing process. We meet the most demanding industry standards through rigorous inspection protocols, state-of-the-art coordinate measuring machine (CMM) technology, and full material traceability from start to finish. This meticulous approach provides our partners with absolute confidence that their most critical components will perform flawlessly. Our certified quality management system governs every step, ensuring the parts you receive are precisely the parts you designed.

CNC Turning & Swiss FAQs

In turning, the workpiece spins while a stationary tool cuts it. In milling, the cutting tool spins while the workpiece is held still. Turning is ideal for creating cylindrical features.

Live tooling refers to rotating cutting tools, like drills or end mills, on a CNC lathe. Live tooling with an additional y-axis allows us to create features like holes or slots without a separate milling operation.

Swiss machining is ideal for very small, slender, or complex parts needed in high quantities, such as medical bone screws or electronic contacts. It provides superior support to prevent the part from bending during machining.

A bar feeder automatically feeds long rods of material into the CNC lathe. This enables continuous, unattended operation, making it a key component of our “lights-out” manufacturing capability for high-volume orders.
