Shawn Walker is Owner/President of JPM Advanced Manufacturing. He has over 30 years of experience in precision machining, welding, and all related operations. Shawn received his first machining exposure while in high school and hasn’t looked back. He started as a machinist for JPM in 2007 and has held several titles over his many years with the company. In January of 2022 Shawn purchased half of JPM and in August of 2024 he completed the full purchase of JPM.
Shawn is also a proud veteran that served 8 years in the United States Air Force. While serving at Mountain Home AFB, he was honored with the Best Maintenance Technician award. He also served in many deployments, supporting Operation Northern Watch, Operation Southern Watch, and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
David Jeffrey, Founder
RESUME
Dave Jeffrey is the founder of JPM Advanced Manufacturing. In 1999 Dave started JPM Prototype and MFG in his basement with a vision to grow the company. His 22 years of guidance have helped to establish JPM as a true advanced manufacturer.
